How to promote my participation
Before the event
- Take delivery of your exhibitor package: hand out your invitations and stick the stickers on your documents.
- Activate your “My Easyfairs” account and complete your exhibitor profile.
- Place a banner and/or logo on your website and in your e-mail communication. Download them at My Easyfairs.
- Send an e-mail invitation based on our template to your customers and prospects. Don’t forget your personal URL!
- Promote your participation via social media and tag Empack. #EmpackGent2024
- Activate your Visit Connect license(s).
During the event
- Place your Touch & Collect reader in a visible place to collect as many leads as possible.
- Organise activities at your stand because enthusiasm works: a competition, a drink, handing out goodie bags,…
- Had an interesting conversation with a lead? Scan the badge with the Visit Connect app and you have immediate access to his data.
