A true 2-in-1 solution. Our plastic RS Pallets offer the ideal combination of a lightweight, nestable pallet with sturdy, lightweight drag slats. These unique pallets deliver excellent performance while being cost-effective. Even with its low dead weight, this unique pallet can carry up to 700 kg in racking. Moreover, these pallets are made of 100% recycled material!

The pallet can be supplied as a ready-made pallet or as a set. In that case, the drag slats are delivered separately from the pallet and the slats can easily be clicked under the pallet. This allows more pallets to fit in the trailer and saves transport and storage costs.

Multifunctional use

Our RS-Pallets offer versatility and are excellent for both export and storage. The same pallet is used for both applications. With the clickable drag slats, the export pallet can be converted into a Medium Duty pallet, which is then very suitable for racking.

Recycled & Recyclable

PCR Plastic, from waste to raw material. The abbreviation PCR stands for post-consumer recycled. PCR products are made from recycled plastic from discarded household materials, among other things. Everything thrown into the plastic waste bin by consumers is carefully sorted, thoroughly cleaned and then ground into pellets, these pellets are also called granules. The ground PCR granules are then used to make new products, including the pallets from our RS-Pallet series.

The pallets are used in many different industries. When they reach the end of their service life, they are (re)ground into PCR granulate from which new plastic pallets are made. In short, a hugely sustainable circular process that is extremely good for the environment.

Personalising the pallet

Pallets can be customised by adding text or a logo, making them easily identifiable. In addition, they can be produced in various colours, such as your house style colour. Optionally, barcodes or RFID tags can be added for accurate traceability in logistics processes.
